If there is no clear status change in your activity levels — e.g. starting a new training program, or becoming more sedentary at a new job — or a clear event to cause an injury.. then your symptoms may not be as mechanical/muscular in nature as, perhaps, hormone or immune system related. Also- critically assess stress levels and sleep quality.

2. Brain injuries, small or large, cause inflammation in the brain. Neuroinflammation can lead to gut pathologies, immune system dysfunction, reduced output to muscles over extended time if left untreated.

If it wasn’t for a Pandemic, Instagram, and kettlebells, I’d have never met such a beautiful soul.

There are few things better than having sore abs from the deepest of belly laughs, surfing at sunset, sleeping in converted vans, snuggling fluffy pups, and feeling every emotion.
