Instead of stopping your workouts… You can rehab an injury or improve your bod just by modifying the intention within your existing fitness.

Better that than adding more to the plate, right?

Here is a lower body exercise being used as an upper body and postural exercise. Imagine I am holding a kettlebell.

The weight would be lighter than if it was being used for a lower body exercise.
