💛fitness as movement for fun, regulating your nervous system and improving your longevity, performance, and function

🚫not for burning calories or fixing what you ate yesterday (that’s all nutrition/food behavior)

Imagine if you learned and listened to your body, and moved according to what it actually needed.

For every physical therapy client that comes in my door, I now evaluate them and then create a visual roadmap for them based on what I see.

It has taken until the past year to not be terrified of discussing pricing of services with prospective clients. It wasn’t overnight by any means but I’ve become comfortable with it for a few reasons:

🌀 Transparency is the fastest way to trust and success. Hiding info from, or convincing someone to invest in themselves does not serve either of us.

🌀 My mission has always been to provide education and empowerment so no client feels forever reliant on me for their long term success.

🌀 I very intentionally have a model that reduces touch-points and price-points respectively. For realistic sustainability.

🌀 I do not sleep well at night if I am not helping you or am not mentally available to help or communicate well with you. And I like my sleep!

🌀 I am compassionate, invested, patient, understanding, no fluff but can toootally shoot-the-sh*t with you and have fun while making progress together 😜

👩🏻‍⚕️I’m a Doctor in Physical Therapy, a certified Russian Kettlebell Coach, and a health coach who is actively studying to become a Functional Medicine practitioner.

🍎 I live in the New York City Metropolitan area and work 100% virtually with both men and women from all over the country (and beyond) who seek elevated daily health, better movement, and recovery from all kinds of pain or injuries.

💪🏼 I evaluate and create a personalized plan for you based on movement screens, lifestyle audits, your short term desires, and long term wellness goals.

📱We then jumpstart and work closely for 8-12 weeks until we have a strong personalized foundation, and then adjust from there.

🏃🏻‍♀️We may do any of the following: strength training, mobility & flexibility training, restorative stretching, nervous system and energy management, diet optimization, goal setting, movement prescriptions, etc.

📝 We may continue working closely or you may join my monthly subscription for big perks like free monthly functional strength-cardio workouts, 100+ class recordings, private free office hours, free zoom Q&As, monthly check-in sessions, and more.
