OVERVIEW

I’m Megan-Marie Delegas, a Doctor in Physical Therapy in orthopedics and women’s pelvic health. I am also a kettlebell fitness and wellness coach, who integrates individualized exercise prescriptions to improve comfort, reduce pain, enhance movement, and restore balance in your body or pelvic floor.

When working together, I evaluate your body and your story and develop a unique plan to enhance your state-of-being. Together, we may cover:

I do not accept insurance, as it limits the services I can provide. Medical receipts (i.e. Superbills) may be provided for reimbursement, however.
